BISCUITS IN POCKETS FOR A CHRISTMAS DINNER

I was asked to prepare these biscuits for a friend's anual Christmas get-together meal.
They look really attractive. 
The ginger biscuits inside are covered with fondant and Christmas motives. Very yummy!!
